Primarily we are a Small Scale

Light, Medium and Heavy Construction Company.

We are currently licensed as Limited Contractors and therefore are restricted to Jobs Under $5,000.00.

We believe the smaller scale provides us a finer expertise in smaller and confined job-sites as well as allows for a more personal touch.

We are also Designers and Manufacturers of the Newest most Universal, Simple and Incredibly Efficient Professional Finishing, Leveling and Resurfacing Implements to enter the Market Place.

They are truly amazing and Good Looking too.

Originally Designed for the Professional Landscape and Construction Contractor, they also have a place in the shop of the Home Owner who has a tractor and enough property requiring one to get all the work done. And of course we can’t forget those Sports, Racing and Horse Training Facility Operators.

Being in the Business of Landscape Restoration and Maintenance for the last 11 years and Heavy Construction for 6 more, we were constantly confronted by a number of problems: including small back yards, Oregon RAIN, river rock, numerous worn out rock roads, damage to landscapes by large equipment and construction traffic, and most importantly - the lack of insight or availability of efficient equipment by those established in the Manufacturing Markets. So we looked at what we wanted and needed, then designed it over several years and built it for our own use. And guess what?? They worked better than we had imagined they would. Go figure.
