If your dog is boarding at Cooper Mountain Kennels in Aloha, I offer on-site training sessions. I will meet with you when you drop off your dog so we can identify goals, and again when you pick up your dog to demonstrate how to continue the training. You will also receive written instructions.

This type of training can jumpstart your dog's training, teach new commands, or simply give your dog some mental exercise while you are away. However, if you expect your dog's behavior to change significantly when you come home, you will have to change your behavior, too. Therefore, I highly recommend follow-up training for owners so that your dog doesn't behave well just for me.

Three days of training, which includes drop-off and pick-up appointments, costs $100. Each additional half-hour of training is $25. Training payment and scheduling is made directly through me, independent of the boarding arrangements. Make your reservations with the kennel early, as they fill up quickly: 503-649-4956.
