In exchange for access to these Sites, information therein and Services, all who visit agree to comply with all Terms and Guidelines, and further agree to never send any unsolicited electronic mail (UCEM/SPAM) of any kind or provide any information contained within these sites to any outside source who might use this information or contact information to send any UCEM/SPAM, to any of these Sites with the Clear Understanding that said UCEM/SPAM is disruptive to the normal business functions of these Sites and that they are fully responsible for the costly processing, reporting and removal of said UCEM/SPAM at those rates listed herein.

hereby agrees to be held totally liable for all costs to report, process & remove said same UCEM / SPAM from our

data base / computers, at a cost of $85.00 per hr plus 85¢ per SPAM.

Our customers / clients deserve more of our time and the right to receive their orders in a timely manner

Currently Spammers are consuming in excess of 2/3 of normal operating time, making doing business extremely difficult.

All Spammers & their Parent Companies will be Billed for the Disruption of Business Services

Beginning: October 1, 2003

Collection Action will be Vigorously Pursued and Harassment Reported to Governmental agencies.

Spammers claim their right to dump their garbage in our yards, with no respect for the rights of those who own those yards

or those who must clean up those messes, let alone the loss of time & income to process, report and remove that spam

Let Us Not Forget, We the Spammed have rights too: The Right to be Reimbursed for the Professional Service of Cleaning Up

The Spammers' Garbage Messes, affectionately known as SPAM / UCEM, they dumped in our Yards, on our Businesses and our Lives

Exceptions include the permissible use and duplication of Product and Services price lists as well as Product Order forms required for the purchase of Items & Services offered for Sale by Clients and their Websites where this Notice is posted or displayed. While most material is prohibited from unauthorized use, much is intended as a Free Community Resource.

Further: All violators agree to be liable for all service costs to remove all SPAM, collection costs, fees, attorney fees, court costs or collection costs as well as interest compounded at 24% apr until all debts are paid.

CHARGED FOR YOUR NEGLECT TO COMPLY WITH THOSE MENTIONED GUIDELINES, AND THUSLY DISRUPTING THE ORDER PROCESSING

FOR EVERYONE. YOU HEREBY UNDERSTAND THIS TO BE A FAIR AND REASONABLE SOLUTION. ALSO IN THE EVENT OF GLASSINE

USA, MTI OR INET-ESALES, INC. INCURRING AN UNPREDICTABLE DELAY IN PROCESSING YOUR ORDER, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO
