We are a conservative, non-institutional group that believes the work of the church to be 1) evangelism, 2) spiritual edification, and 3) benevolence (to help needy Christians).     What Must One Do To Be Saved?

    1) Hear the word of God (Rom. 10:17; Jn. 20:30,31; Rom. 1:16).
    2) Believe in the Deity of Jesus Christ (John 8:24).
    3) Repent of sin (Acts 2:38; Acts 17:30; Acts 3:19).
    4) Confess faith in Christ (Rom. 10:9,10; Acts 8:36-38).
    5) Be baptized in water so that your sins may be forgiven by the blood of Jesus Christ (Mark 16:16; Acts 2:38; 22:16; Rom. 6:3,4; Gal. 3:26,27; 1 Pet. 3:21). (For more on the purpose of water baptism, click on this line.)

    Our highest recommendation to you, of course, is the Bible itself. If you read it, treasure it, and obey it, you'll never have any regrets in the judgment day; and the spiritual blessings available in Christ will also be yours for the here and now--while you await in joyous expectation for that blissful abode in heaven's eternal glory and strive for that unmatchable goal.
