This New Year marks 50 years for the Company since its 1959 founding in modest circumstances in Fresno, California. The late Bruce C. Bechtold was an ex-Air Force veteran who had been associated with both the Kemtron Corporation and Associated Brass Products, before heading out on his own. Maintaining his interest in O Scale and especially On3 narrow gauge, he began to develop parts for that aspect of the hobby. The first few small ads for the fledging Company may be found in Model Railroader magazines for 1960.

Along the way, there was innovation, together with an emphasis on quality and dedication to detail. We have continued with those traditions and goals and look forward to many more years of service. During 2009, we will be introducing new parts and kits, so be sure to check back with us from time to time. First item out will be a revised paper catalog, with a more "user friendly" Parts-Price list, all alphabetized to help locate items quickly. We will also be shortly resuming our eBay auctions and Buy-It-Nows. We have a 100% Positive Feedback rating with eBay, thanks to our customers.
