ORDERING INFORMATION We do try to work with our customers! After looking over the various web pages, if you have any questions or comments, please contact us and we will try to help or clarify. It should be noted these web pages show only a very small part of the entire Back Shop Line. The printed catalog is available, listing over 600 items in 1/4" scale (1:48). Most all items are investment castings in brass. The catalog is U$4.- post paid in the US; and U$5.- for airmail overseas. The amount may be deducted from a subsequent order. With the change in USPS shipping rates, shipping charges are now U$4.60 Priority Mail plus U$0.65 tracking tag, total: U$5.25 in the United States and EXACT air mail charge for shipments overseas. We have no minimum amount as far as merchandise; order what you need and no more. If you need exact totals and shipping charges, contact us prior to placing an order. As of 1 January 2005, we must charge 7.75% sales tax on all orders shipped to a California address, unless you have a resale permit. This increase of the sales tax rate is per the Board of Equalization mailing of last fall. We accept personal checks, money orders, cash (sent at your own risk) and PayPal. Checks, money orders, etc., must be drawn on a U.S. Bank in U.S. Dollars. PayPal payments must be in U.S. Dollars (PayPal can assist you with currency conversion situations). Orders are accepted via mail or email; we do not have FAX at this time. We have given consideration to setting up a "shopping cart" and secure payment arrangment on this website. We would be interested to know if our customers would use such or would consider using such. Discounts: yes, we give discounts in certain situations involving multiple
purchases of the same item(s) and/or "bulk" situations. Inquire.
