The San Gabriel Valley M.W.D. is led by a 5-member Board of Directors
elected by residents of the four cities. Alhambra has one division; Azusa has one division; Monterey Park has one division; Sierra Madre has one division; and Alhambra and Monterey Park share another division. All policy
making decisions are approved by the Board. Meetings are open to the public and are
held on the second and fourth Mondays of each month at 8:00 a.m. at District

Joseph C. Reichenberger-President, represents the City of Monterey Park, Division III.
Carol A. Montano-Vice President, represents the City of Azusa, Division V.
John S. Leung-Secretary,represents the northern part of Monterey Park & the southern part of Alhambra, Division II.
Thomas Love-Treasurer, represents the City of Sierra Madre, Division IV.
Eric Sunada-Director, represents the City of Alhambra, Division I.
